McIntosh - McIntosh Amplifier MCC302

The immensely powerful McIntosh MCC302 is a stereo power amplifier

with independent channels, each rated at 150 watts into 4 ohms with 0.005% THD.

The fully complimentary double balanced design is identical to the design on

McIntosh's famous home audio amplifiers and can be bridged to provide 600 watts

of power at 0.008%THD. Peak outputs of up to 30 amperes are available to

control even the most difficult load.

Balanced inputs cancel out the interference noise produced by other sources in a

moving vehicle. For use with conventional designs, the balanced inputs can be

directly connected to the bridged speaker outputs of any head unit. There are

2 line level outputs to facilitate multi-amp system configurations.

A one-band equalizer with a variable center frequency is available. Boost or cut

is up to 12 dB. There are also 12 db/octave Variable frequency high pass filters

as well as 12 db/octave Variable frequency low pass filters. The subwoofer output

can be controlled by a rotary control that can be mounted in the cabin near the

drivers or passenger. Inputs to both channels are summed for a line level output.

McIntosh Power Guard keeps the amps from being overdriven, while Sentry Monitor

protects the output stages of all channels. Any DC will activate your speaker protections

and there is a multi-speed cooling fan as part of the sophisticated thermal protection

circuits that ensure the normal long life expectancy of this McIntosh power amplifier.
